Defective Products
Defective products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. You may request a Refund or an Identical Product Replacement. You must include a detailed description of the specific defect of the product when requesting your return. All defective product returns must be received and fully inspected for specific defect prior to refund or identical product replacement.Refund: We will refund 100% of the original product price.
Identical Product Replacement: We will ship an identical product replacement free of charge. If identical product replacement is not available, a refund will be given.
Non-Defective Products
Most non-defective products are eligible for return within 30 days of original purchase date if sealed and unopened in original manufacturer's packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Damage Claims
In the rare event a product is damaged upon arrival, you must:
1. File a claims report with the shipping carrier. Only the shipping carrier may refund shipping cost.
2. Refuse shipment.
3. Contact us same day so we may be aware of the situation.
Once your refused product has been received and inspected, a refund of 100% of the original product price will be given.
Non-Returnable Products
All televisions 30" and over, projection products, open media and/or software and discontinued products (unless discontinued product is defective) are non-returnable for any reason. Some manufacturers want you to return their product directly to them. In this case, you must contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
Refused Shipments
All refused shipments for any reason other than Damaged Claims will be considered a return. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Additional Fees
Additional fees will apply to all returns if product is missing original packing materials, accessories, warranty cards (if any), writing on materials of any kind, signs of consumer use, abuse, ect. We do not refund incoming or outgoing shipping charges.
RMA Numbers
You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning any product. Once received, the RMA# is valid for 20 days.
Refund Period
Once a returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be given in the same means as original payment within 15 days.
Return Procedure
Please double check the product you are returning to ensure that all original packing materials, accessories and warranty cards (if any) are not missing.Place your product (sealed inside the original manufacturer's packaging) inside an outer shipping box.Clearly write the RMA number on two sides of the outer shipping box (not the original manufacturer's packaging). If returning a defective product, you must also clearly write a description of the defect on the outer shipping box (not the original manufacturer's packaging).Return your product to the Ship To address we provided you. We highly recommend you use a traceable shipping carrier such as UPS or FedEx.After you placed your order, we emailed you a receipt/invoice containing your order number and item number(s). Please use the Example Email Receipt/Invoice below in order to provide us with your order number and item number(s).
