Non-Returnable Products All televisions 30" and over, projection products, open media and/or software and discontinued products are non-returnable for any reason. Some manufacturers want you to return their product directly to them. In this case, you must contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
Damaged and/or Defective Product Returns In the event you receive a damaged and/or defective product (rare), please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3 days of delivery date. Contact Us and provide your full name used to place the order, the order number and the item number for the damaged and/or defective product you wish to return. You must provide us as much of a detailed description of defect or damage. RMA number requests for damaged and/or defective product after 3 days from delivery date will be refused. Once you receive your RMA number, usually within 3 business days from us via e-mail, return your damaged and/or defective product to the Ship To address we provide you within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will refund 100% of the original purchase price less shipping charges through same means as original payment within 14 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. A 10-20% restocking fee may apply. Missing items of any kind, packing materials, signs of abuse and/or consumer use may result in additional fees.

Return Procedure
Please double check the product you are returning to ensure that all original packing materials, accessories and warranty cards (if any) are not missing.
Place your product (sealed inside the original manufacturer's packaging) inside an outer shipping box.
Clearly write the RMA number on two sides of the outer shipping box (not the original manufacturer's packaging). If returning a damaged and/or defective product, you must also clearly write a description of the damage and/or defect on the outer shipping box (not the original manufacturer's packaging).
Return your product to the Ship To address we provided you. We highly recommend you use a traceable shipping carrier such as UPS or FedEx.
